Requirements:

• “Hands-on” knowledge of building systems.

• Manage and schedule subcontractors.

• Ability to manage self-performed work to a budget.

• Prepare, maintain and manage job schedule.

• Maintain a safe workplace.

• Strong sense of urgency to bring in projects on time and on budget.

• Review all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals.

• Assure work quality; set standards for quality control.

• Other responsibilities as required.

• Field construction experience at supervisory level.

• Basic scheduling skills.

• Able to supervise and manage self-performed work.

• Excellent people skills – effective communicator.

• Knowledge of OSHA laws plus excellent         

       safety record.

• Strong computer and communication skills.

• Pass LiveScan requirements.
