Our company performed a nine-part phased, occupied, modernization, retrofit for San Francisco Unified School District’s Francisco’s most desired middle school in eighteen months. This project included a significant structural steel, seismic retrofit scope, as well as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical upgrades. The school was completely repainted, inside and out, with fresh flooring, a refinished gymnasium floor and auditorium stage. Other notable upgrades include a new security system, cafeteria kitchen, many high-quality mechanical units, new science classrooms, and new locker rooms. Every classroom and teacher breakroom were upgraded and modernized.
