Our company upgraded an existing elementary school building, including new structural framing, flooring, gyp walls, ACT, hard lid ceilings, electrical, lighting, HVAC system, plumbing and windows throughout, interior and exterior paint, new roofing and elevator upgrade. We redesigned classrooms size and layout as well as totally remodeled all restrooms and kitchens.

Site work included new concrete and redwood decks at the front and rear courtyards, structural concrete piers, play equipment, AC pavement overlay and striping, steel awnings,
fencing and gates.
