Complete modernization of existing library building, including demo of all finishes and MEP fixtures, installation of new walls, window and storefront systems, flooring, casework and architectural bench seating, new tile and plumbing fixtures at restrooms, and new lighting throughout the structure.  Site work included new ADA compliant concrete pathways, new concrete city sidewalk, repaving of entire asphalt parking lot with new ADA compliant striping, new brick masonry, new concrete retaining wall and curbs, and new fencing and gate at rear patio.
