Our company performed a campus-wide modernization of an occupied school site that included interior and exterior upgrades at classrooms and faculty buildings, as well as extensive site upgrades. The scope of work entailed encapsulating multiple existing buildings with a new plaster wall system, installing a new storefront system, new curtainwall storefronts, new canopy skylights, new rolling doors, upgrading restrooms to comply with ADA requirements, and installing new electrical infrastructure. We were granted a phase two site work project for completing our milestones, which included new concrete flatwork and seat walls, installation of new concrete pavers, handrails, a new structural steel shade structure, installation of site furniture, and new irrigation and planting.
