Our company completed an extremely fast paced summer project at Richard Moon Elementary that required all work to be done over a two-month time-period prior to staff and students returning to occupy the site. The scope of work for this project involved removal and temporary relocation of thirteen portable classroom buildings and one portable restroom building to allow for new concrete, asphalt paving, and underground utilities to be installed. Once site work was completed the portable classroom and restroom buildings were reinstalled on new foundations, and the interiors and exteriors or the buildings were completely renovated. The renovations included all new flooring, interior wall finishes (drywall, tackboard, and FRP panels), exterior cement board siding, new roofing at all portable buildings, all new paint throughout, new storefront and windows, classroom cabinets, restroom fixtures and accessories, and new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades.
