E.F. Brett and Company constructed a new concrete stage with concrete seat walls for use by the general public. The scope of work consisted of clearing existing vegetation and regrade one acre for new ADA walkways. E.F. Brett and Company also planted new native plants and trees and partnered with PG&E to upgrade the existing park electrical infrastructure.
