Installation of new modular classroom building on concrete footing foundation, new underground gas, water, and sewer connections, and upgrade of adjacent concrete sidewalk and AC paving to meet ADA requirements.  Installation of new steel shade structure on traffic rated concrete slab on grade.  Site work included a new greenhouse building, upgrades landscaping, and new site fencing.
