Indian Valley College Organic Farm

Our company performed new foundations for the new College purchased modular buildings and sitework. Scope of work included all new exterior site concrete work, paving, landscaping, electrical and plumbing work. A new fire service was installed, site storm drainage, a new farm stand, new concrete slabs and foundations for the greenhouse, pole barn and other associated out structures. All work was performed while summer session was in progress.
The contract stipulated that the work must completed prior to the Fall semester starting in August 2018. The original scope of work plus additions by the owner to expand the organic farm’s footprint was successfully completed on time.
