Our company completed a seismic upgrade to college arcade. The arcade was supported by 112 columns. Every column was strengthened by increasing the footing size and drilling and doweling into the columns prior to installing cages, forming and increasing the diameter of every column. Work also included arcade expansion joint improvements as well as incidental lighting revisions. Campus fully occupied during construction.
