Structural repairs and upgrades to existing concrete bleacher building, including removal and replacement of reinforcing steel and suspended concrete slab and beams, and installation of structural FRP coating.  Replacement of existing failed waterproofing membrane with new waterproof coating over entire bleacher structure and installation of all new bleacher and stadium seating.  Additional work included upgraded MEP infrastructure and finishes to existing restrooms and storage rooms located beneath bleachers, new site fencing, and new windows, doors, and hardware.
