Our company completed a seismic retrofit and remodel of an existing middle school including structural concrete support, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, cabinetry, windows, floors, walls and ceiling finishes and hazardous abatement. The project was performed while school was in session. The occupied campus meant preplanning and coordination to ensure no disruption to students.
