Our company completed a structural retrofit project in sixty days with the added complication of the start date being delayed by the owner. During the project, we encountered many unforeseen, existing problems that required seven-day work weeks to ensure completion by the first day of school. Although there were cost overruns due to these issues, we worked very closely as a project team to minimize costs and successfully complete the project on time.
